Getting Started
To start using your Mighty, simply download our Mighty Audio mobile app and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have any questions, check out our User Manual for more detailed instructions.
Order Status
Two ways to check your order status:
1. Click on the Order Status button in the order confirmation email that was sent to you.
2. Create an account to view all your orders.

Setup
+ How do I turn on and setup Mighty?
Turn on Mighty by pressing the 'play/pause' button and waiting approximately 30 seconds for the LED to turn from solid green to flashing green. You will then be able to connect to our mobile app (links to the play store and app store available above) and be guided through the set-up guide. + How do I connect Mighty to the mobile app?
Navigate to the Connections tab (bottom left) and click on the Bluetooth icon to see all Mightys in your proximity. Click the plus button (“+”) next to Mighty to connect.
GOOD TO KNOW If Mighty’s LED blinks blue, you need to press the play/pause button on the Mighty in order to establish the connection. (Note: The blue LED only occurs in certain versions of the Mighty)
+ How do I connect Mighty to WiFi?
Navigate to the Connections tab (bottom left) and click on the WiFi icon to see all WiFi networks in your proximity. Click the plus button (“+”) next to your WiFi network, then enter the WiFi network password. In the app, a green checkmark will appear to the right of the WiFi network's name to indicate that the connection was successful.
+ How do I connect my Bluetooth accessory?
To connect your Bluetooth accessory:
1. Put your Bluetooth accessory in pairing mode, which is generally denoted by a blinking blue and/or red LED (this may be different than just turning on the accessory) 2. Connect Mighty to the mobile app, navigate to the Connections tab (bottom left), click the Bluetooth logo at the top of the screen, and pull down on the screen to search for all Bluetooth accessories in your proximity. 3. Press the plus (“+”) button next to the name of the Bluetooth accessory to pair and connect it with Mighty. A green checkmark will be displayed to the right of the Bluetooth accessory name and you will hear a two-tone beep through the Bluetooth accessory to indicate that the connection was successful. Press the play/pause button on Mighty to initiate playback through the Bluetooth accessory.
GOOD TO KNOW Mighty does not require a PIN to establish a connection with Bluetooth accessories. Mighty will automatically reconnect to any previously paired Bluetooth accessory in your proximity. If Mighty doesn't automatically reconnect to the Bluetooth accessory, please follow these steps: 1. Start with Mighty and the Bluetooth accessory powered off. 2. Power on Mighty and wait for the LED to blink green, indicating that it’s powered on. 3. Power on the Bluetooth accessory. 4. You will hear a two-tone beep through the Bluetooth accessory to indicate that the reconnection was successful.

Usage
+ How do I sync music?
Connect Mighty to the app and navigate to the Browse tab (the “+” symbol at the bottom right of the screen) to see all of the playlists and podcasts from your Spotify library. Scroll through the list to see your playlists or select 'Made For You' to see all of the playlists that Spotify made just for you (Including Discover Weekly, Release Radar, and Your Time Capsule). Click the plus button (“+”) next to each playlist that you would like to sync.
Once you have selected one or more playlists, the grey SYNC button will turn red. Tap it to begin the sync once you have selcted all of the playlists you want to sync to Mighty. The Mighty image at the top of the Browse and Home screen will display the percentage of the sync that has been completed. In the Browse tab, a red checkmark will be displayed to the right of any playlist that is in the process of being synced.
+ How do I shuffle music?
Press and hold the Playlist Selector button for three seconds to toggle on/off shuffle mode. If you're not running the latest firmware version please navigate to Settings (the hamburger button in the top left corner of the Home and Browse tabs) and click “Software Update” to manually run the update.
+ How do I update Mighty?
MOBILE APP - iOS users: Navigate to the App Store app and click on the Updates button on the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to the Mighty app, select it, and click the Update button to initiate the update process. - Android users: Navigate to the Google Play app and click on the menu button on the top left of the screen. Scroll down and select My apps & games. Click on the Updates (if applicable) or the Installed tab and scroll down to the Mighty app. Click the Update button to initiate the update process.
MIGHTY FIRMWARE Mighty will automatically check for updates after establishing a connection to a WiFi network. You will be prompted to initiate an update if one is available. Plug Mighty into a charger and follow the on-screen instructions. It typically takes five minutes to complete an update.
GOOD TO KNOW If you don't receive the prompt, navigate to Settings (the hamburger button in the top left corner of the Home and Browse tabs) and click “Software Update” to manually run the update.
+ How do I use the Stay Fresh automated sync?
To use Stay Fresh go to the mobile app, navigate to Settings (the hamburger button in the top left corner of the Home and Browse tabs), and select "Stay Fresh". After selecting your "Stay Fresh" preferences make sure to have Mighty on a charger AND within range of your Wifi router at your set "Stay Fresh Schedule" time.

+ Where is my Mighty?
To see the latest status on your order, click on the Order Status button in the order confirmation email that was sent to you or create an account to view all your orders.
+ What countries do you ship to?
We ship globally! Shipping cost and delivery times vary based on the shipping service selected and specific country.
+ What is your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from bemighty.com, you may request a full refund for the purchased price of the product minus all associated costs (see below for more details) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us at heyo@bemighty.com for return instructions and a return authorization number. You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs plus any additional VAT/customs fees, except where prohibited by law.
Mighty will provide US customers with a return shipping label. Non-US customers are responsible for shipping back the Mighty on their own and providing tracking information. If the original product packaging has been opened, a 15% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund. Mighty products purchased other than through bemighty.com must be returned in accordance with their respective refund and return policy.
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in the same condition as you received it and must be in its original packaging. Mighty will not provide refunds for any product which is damaged, missing parts, and/or not in its original packaging. We may request a receipt or original proof of purchase prior to issuing a full refund. Once your returned product is received and inspected by Mighty, we will notify you via email (1) that we received your product; and (2) whether your request for a refund has been approved or rejected. If your request for refund is rejected, we will give our reasoning and, if possible, provide ways to remedy the rejected request for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 15 business days.
This policy applies to orders purchased on the Mighty website only. All other channels will adhere to their respective return policies.
Exchanges of Mighty products only apply if the product is found defective per our Limited Warranty.
+ What is your Warranty Policy?
Mighty Audio, Inc. (“Mighty”) warrants that the Mighty device (‘the “Product”) shall be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase.
NOTE: This does not include coverage of damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as a decrease in battery life. Please see our All Support Topics page for more details.

+ What do I do if my Mighty's LED is stuck on solid green?

+ What do I do if I hear a voice saying "Spotify login failed" when I try to play music?
Please check to see that you are using the most up to date version of the Mighty mobile app. Naviagte to the App Store or Play Store to check for any available update. Once you have completed the update please perform a refresh on your playlists.
If you already have the latest version of the mobile app installed please try the following steps to re-establish your Spotify login in the Mighty:
- Connect Mighty to the mobile app via Bluetooth - Connect Mighty to WiFi - Logout of Spotify from the connections tab of the Mighty app - Log back into Spotify within the Mighty app - Then click ""Refresh"" in the Home tab to re-sync your playlists
