The download never completes when I try to update my Mighty's firmware. What should I do?

"We are aware of some issues between the Mighty device and certain WiFi routers. Generally, most of users who are experiencing what you have been experiencing have found success by using their phones as a hotspot. Obviously, this is not an ideal solution, but possible to help for the short term until you get the update. Note: If you're an iPhone user there's a known limitation on certain iPhones where you need to connect another device to the hotspot before it will be visible in the Mighty app.

Alternatively, you can try the following suggestions to adjust the settings on your WiFi router and trying again.
Change your router from 2.4 Ghz to 5 Ghz
Change to a different channel # while on 2.4 Ghz
Move the Mighty to about 1.5 to 2 meters away from the router and keep it around the same height as your router (For example, if your router is sitting on a table with the antennas vertical pointing up, the mighty should also be on the table about 1.5 to 2 meters away)."
